Its next saturday 15th so at least enough time for a fast group ride and a couple of interval sessions for 2nd and keen 3rd cats.
Novice and 17s rider - put in some work and step up to the fast groups this saturday. I just spoke to Super Ajay (B Club Champ) and training his preverbals off.
I'll need at least 3-4 helper so bring along friends, partners etc to support you. Thanks Toks

Thanks Toks for organising this again this year. Maybe we need a little promotion operation next Saturday on the clubrun to try and fill this little circuit?

Count me in for the B race. Naomi (whom some of you know) is also interested, but I guess she would prefer to have some competition for the women's trophy!
