Wheelie bin

I may have asked this before .. would anyone have a spare wheelie bin (to sell) about 100 litres, or know where I can get one other than online (garden centres?)
It’s to use it as an outdoors ice bath

I'm sure that; a while back I read the ice bath thing is a bit of a chimera and actually does more harm than good.

unfortunately I'm not sure where or I would cite a reference:?:

Sylv

why a wheelie bin- surely any large container would do, how about a rainwater collector- they have a drain off at the bottom so it makes it easy to get the olives, umbrellas, plastic monkeys etc out.

your local council will probably have them at a bargain price.

Have to say, it's looking less and less like a good idea now that the weather's gone wintery

Can I ask: at what point did stripping naked in the garden and climbing into a wheelie bin full of iced water seem like a good idea? How drunk do you have to be?

Parents bought another years back, from B & Q if I remember rightly. I could fit in it quite easily and I'm around 5ft 10 ish I think, dont really want to try now after years of use!

Garden centres and any like DIY home store kinda thing is a good bet.
