They are meant to be faster than cx's but not as puncture resistant so fine for Dual Carriageway TTs.

I have one on my disk wheel but not sure if they are suitable for the average Duathlon/Triathlon course.

Beautiful tubs to ride but as Paul says not as puncture proof as the road racing corsa cx which I switched to. They also wear quite quickly on rougher surfaced roads, sing along on a nice smooth concrete surface but on the rougher tarmac they do wear quite quickly compared to corsas.

Thanks all think i'll stick with the CX's,had one my front wheel for 2 years with no problems. Seeing as i'm probably going to do a few early season sporting courses its worth paying the extra dosh

Whats the difference between 290 tpi and 320 tpi apart from the price?

Threads per inch, I think. The higher ones are the newer ones and the 290s older stock, not worth worrying about though as it makes next to no difference. I think I have an older one, bought as cheaper, and haven't noticed any difference in life/puncture-proof-ness.
