[quote="carl f"]Nice team result well done all!. John you look like you need to dress a bit more aero mate, must have slowed you down a bit!
I'll be kicking off my TT season at the North Rd hardriders this sun..... with the likes of Sybrandy, topham et al :D

Agree, didn't have TT bars, need to invest in those as a minimum (can't afford TT bike right now, maybe later in season? or next year) but to be honest would not have helped, my legs felt like (and still do feel like!) lead weights! The TG ride Saturday killed me for the Sunday TT. Lesson learned and will not do that again for future TT events :!: :!: :!:

.... All good training as Keith says!

[quote="Iliya"]WELL DONE TEAM ADDISCOMBE!! Although it looks like you guys took second place after all which is still impressive. The bellow is from Redhill CC report:

[quote]Apologies to Addiscombe CC who were announced as winning team on the morning's provisional results. In the final count, Kingston Wheelers took the top team spot with just 36 seconds separating the two (2h19m0s and 2h19m36s).

P.S.
I'll be joining you soon in TTs and RRs.

Gutted you didn't sign up for this one Iliya, you would have killed it in your current form! :D ... great course, keep it in your diary for next year!

Good rides all round by the looks of it...

What is the course for this one? I'd love a sporting TT to do around here!

Are there many sporting TTs around from May onwards? Are there going to be many evening 10's on the Bletchingly circuit?

Don't think are many around here from May onwards Adam, they are usually finished in early April. It does depend though if you are willing to travel. The Rudy Project series is season long and nationwide and I think there is a season long series in Essex that I think Andrew G and Jon H have done in the past.

The ones I do are early season as training races Adam so not sure what's on later in the year. Dominic's right with the Rudy series but that would probably involve quite a bit of travelling. There is a SE SPOCO Series which Jon does so can probably help out more, but the easiest way to see what's around is to check the events page on the CTT website. If you filter of district London South (G) then that's our one. Then just filter on Month. Most of the SPOCOs, and the ones that you'd probably enjoy more (i.e. true SPOCOs rather than more rolling single carriageway A road courses), will be non-standard distances so just flick through the list for those that aren't 10, 25 or 50 miles and you should get the SPOCOs. Also Q district is Kent so some courses are easy to get to, and H is London West and some easy to get to.

3 in June I know of are:

Sun 03-Jun-12 41.9miles GS/196 Crawley Wheelers 06:30
Sat 09-Jun-12 14miles GS/189 Redhill CC 14:00
Sat 09-Jun-12 14miles GS/189 Redhill CC 14:00
