Great ride yesterday! :P

Man it was harder than I thought  ... over 1200 metres of climbing in 50 km is heaps! Don't think I have ever done that much in such short distance. Great training route.

Stayed with Ben all the way, which suited me as we are about the same level (Ben is a better climber though!)

We got lost a few times and didn't go as fast as we could of if we knew the route well.... my Polar says:

Time: 2hr 17 min
1883 kcal
Distance 53.3
Average 23

Highly recommend it for next year! :D

[quote="jon avery"]Well Ash talked me into this one! It was certainly a toughy to do for my first ride back since my accident. But it was great to see all the Disagreeables again, I managed to stay with the pack till Whitedown, then slipped back a bit, but overall I was happy how it went. I was pretty beat by the time I got home, but now I will be able to get out more and will hopefully get get stronger and quicker :?

That was tougher than I thought but I'm so glad that I rode it.

I even managed to stick with you in your unfit state lol I also hope to get stronger this year.

Happy days.
