Thanks - been training quite hard over the previous few months - so pleased I am slowly getting some results....!

Was a tough race and we had 9 accents of a 25% hill with the finish at the top, which weakened the legs each time round...all the breaks got chased back and the race came back together on the last lap - arrived at the bottom of the climb well placed and feeling ok - gave it everything and picked a few off going up for the last time.
