It is furnished, and situated in a Victorian conversion building with shared garden. There is a separate kitchen and separate living room/dining area.

The flat is set in the conservation area, within convenient reach of the local shops, restaurants/bars, and the train station.
There are good links to Central London (East London Line, London Victoria, London Bridge, buses).

And it's a stone's throw from Crystal Palace Park for the cycle racing, near Herne Hill Velodrome, and easy to get to the Surrey and Kent lanes for club runs.

Rent is £500pcm including Wifi and some utility bills.
