Brand new Colnago C50 for sale unwanted gift

Anyone know, can recommend, or is, a qualified electrician? I need some minor work done in bathroom - fitting a cord switch to a light and wiring up a replacement extractor fan. Fan's already in place in the ceiling but a slightly different model to original so just needs connecting.
