ACC Promote Herne Hill Track Meeting Sat June 2 at 2:30

I am promoting an “Open Season” Track Meeting on behalf of Addiscombe CC at Herne Hill on: Saturday June 2 starting at 2-30 pm.

I am looking for some helpers for the afternoon, please let me know if you can come and help ( Arrive at 13:00)

Roles will include Sign on, starting, lap scoring, judging and pushing off.

Spectators are always welcome - Free admission



If you are interested in trying out the track, there is an induction session every Saturday Morning.

Registration and bike hire is from 11-11:30

Induction Training is 12 – 12:45

I've been to at least one of these as a spectator and really enjoyed it. Had fab weather so we took a picnic and sat in the middle watching some good racing. Don't think I can make this one - defo recommend it though. What chance of diverting the main club run so it finishes at HH?

Glorious afternoon after a gloomy morning.

Apart from someone messing up the senior keirin heats it seemed to go quite well. Tom really enjoyed his first track racing meet and is now lying down.

I think all the riders and spectators had a good afternoon with some exciting racing. Even the sun came out at about 3:30 for 10 minutes.

Thanks to John Moore, Phil and Ruth and Paul Tunnell for helping. Tom did well to get through to Keirin final, I hope he enjoyed his first track meeting.
