I must say that was one of the toughest 25 mins of my life, very painful indeed, It was like my legs were running in treacle and getting no forward momentum :shock:

Now my legs are very stiff and painful to walk, i THINK i will stick to cycling :D

He he - well done George. I restarted running in January this year and though I'm off exercise while i wait for more news on a wonky knee, I miss the running waaay more than the cycling. Someone as fit as you will quickly see big improvements - go on, have another go :wink:
