Maybe some olive oil. Far better than cake.

And they intend to prove this how exactly? With verbal testimony from cheating riders who did test positive, and some masseur he was mean to? And can somebody explain under what rule the USADA can strip him of his Tour de France titles?

Anyway, the offer of cake and a beverage of his choice still stands to Marco. Pine Cafe or Nonna's, as you prefer.

On another plus point, I can recommend Nonna's chocolate cake washed down with a double espresso. But, as I said previously, the choice is yours :D .

Yep, brilliant. Just had to ring helpdesk for new keyboard due to nasally-ejected coffee contamination.

How to Avoid Testing Positive
Thursday, 14 June 2012
How could Lance Armstrong avoid testing positive?

I have been reading about Lance's defense tactics which are pretty much the same as always and from both my knowledge as a pro, my meetings with Lance's former teammates, and with my meeting person to person with former USOC drug tzar Dr. Wade Exum I will tell you how Lance might have avoided testing positive.

How to avoid testing positive for testosterone.

1. David Clinger who last I heard was arrested for drug charges told me how to avoid testing positive for testosterone.

David provided me with testosterone patches in 2003 and I used them and I was tested by USADA and I did not fail my drug test. Please keep in mind if you are using this information to use testosterone I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS DOPING PRODUCT! Please listen to me first of all your testicles will shrink into nothing and your testicles will disappear back inside your body. I literally had to pull my testicles out of my body because they were so small and disappeared into my body. I only did testosterone patches a few times, imagine the damage that would result from constant use. I had a conversation with a football player who used test and lost over an inch off of his penis, that said it can actually make your penis shrink in size. Lucky for me I stopped using this product almost immediately but through my experimentation with this product I can give you this valuable knowledge.

To avoid testing positive for test you would use a testosterone patch. You put this patch on your leg and it slowly puts the test into your system. You can take the patch off at any time. This patch helped me increase my average speed by 2 or 3 mph and I could do VO2 intervals at the end of 100 miles of training reaching max heart rate. I could never do this clean as a pro. Test is a monster of a drug and it definitely is a huge boost to performance. To continue on how to avoid testing positive all you have to do is not be tested within 11 days of using this patch. So an athlete would take the patch off 14 days before competition to be safe and remove himself from being found for testing.

Another way which was told by Dr. Wade Exum is to have a medical exemption. This means have a doctors note on your medial passport claiming you are indeed in need of test and therefore you can use this drug while you compete. This is what Exum told me Lance Armstrong used since 1999. Either way you can avoid testing positive by either of these 2 methods and they were being used while I raced as a top pro by myself and David Clinger who was also as you know a teammate of Lance Armstrong on US Postal Service.

2. How to avoid testing positive for EPO.

This was explained to me by Jonathan Vaughters who you should know if you know anything about pro cycling. As he was my teammate on Prime Alliance I will tell you what he told me was the way to avoid testing positive for EPO. I used EPO briefly but never tested positive. But I was never tested for EPO while using it but if I was a constant I imagine Vaughters technique would have been the way Lance could have gotten away with it. Please keep in mind they didn't have a test for many years, and Lance's samples that were frozen and saved, all of his B samples tested positive for EPO when later tested. He got away with it, and if you look at the case of Kayle Leogrande, he had positive B samples, and an eye witness to him admitting his usage, well Lance did too. Frankie Andreu and his wife in the hospital room. The SCA Promotions Trial. Lance had numerous B samples test positive. Well Kayle got busted and Lance got off then. Lance should have been sanctioned then if the system was fair.

Back to avoiding the positive test by Vaughters. He told when you use EPO it produces a synthetic product in your blood and this is what is flagged. But if you use EPO and put your body at altitude this will cause your body to replace those flags so you will not test positive for EPO. So having an altitude chamber or living at altitude while using EPO you will not test positive for EPO.

That is from the highest secrets of the pro racers. Consider with careful planning how Lance could have avoided testing positive.

The above opinion is that of the individual poster and not that of Addiscombe Cycling Club.
