Er, to be clear tax avoidance is legal, tax evasion is not. Still awaiting our intrepid PM's or pathetic little George O's views on Sir Philip G's and other's heroic efforts to avoid what he sees as their "due". Not to mention political donations dressed up as loans.
As to bonuses in the 90's being paid in gold sovs, barrels of oil, etc, BES schemes, blah, blah, nothing to see here, move along now.

In what way ? Has the globetrotting disabled sailor been "aggressively" avoiding paying tax now ? ........ is there no limit to this wretched reprobate's shameful shenanigans ?!

Has the Prime Minister commented on the issue yet ?

Talking of the 90s - I'm helping sell my brother's Cannondale that he bought in the 90s
I have heard (but can't find where it came from) that people are the happiest where there is not such a wide gap between the top and the bottom of society.

There's a book called 'The Spirit Level - Why Equality is Better for Everyone' which provides hugely detailed research into this Amy. The book provides evidence to support that almost everything, from life expectancy to mental illness, violence to illiteracy, is affected not by how wealthy a society is, but how equal it is.

It's a heavy read - I tent to dip in and out to get pointers for my work here and there.
