One more thing Matt: As this is an officially sanctioned event, under 18s have to wear a helmet.

Excellent. I will check that PvT has all entries.

Katie promised she was going to do it too. Steve and Ben should be in there. Let's face it, you're all going to beat me at the very least.

Well Del's away again this Sunday. I was going to drag people over Toys and down to the BRAsted café but we could do this instead. Is the Pine Café open on a Sunday :D

Rusper Golf Club has a cafe - the local CTC club use it so cyclists must be welcome :D Hopefully it'll be warmer than Tanhouse.... or could go to that cafe in Warnham Nature Reserve or the cafe in the park in Horsham and then back up via the relevant road - a variation of the ride I did that time - ?

That was a good one but probably a bit long for the regular Sunday crew. At least yesterday they all wanted to turn back after Coldharbour lane rather than the jaunt down Walliswood/Weare St. that I had planned.

Weare Street would've been lovely in all that sunshine... Oh well, maybe they were getting worried by the rate you were losing people

If you did the Warnham route - could cut off before the cafe, go through Warnham village, over the railway by the station and take the road that comes out the other end of Wimlands. That way you could ride down and then back up and avoid going on the Horsham bypass... Then cafe stop at Rusper Gold Club (or pub stop at the Plough in Rusper....)

Anyway, merely suggestions :D

I'll go and have a look on this Saturday's Tg if anyone's interested (except Rich). Just a little detour from Faygate and back to the café for the last bit of cake.

It would've been. I always like Weare Street. The view from Coldharbour was something with the colours.

I have that route from my Garmin capture. It was Tom's first metric century. Would ride again.

It's not steep, a power climb.

Tony: Can you either e-mail PvT or PM me your full name? I don't have an up to date membership list to guess from :D
