AGM Reminder - Weds 5th December

A chance to return trophies if you have them and also to vote on the important business of the club. Recently the heating seems to be working in the building so that's a bonus.

Apologies I cannot make it, I usually come along and I'm working in Dublin middle of the week. Shame as I understand there is a nomination for a new club president which I would have voted in favour of.

I think it's a shame that we aren't notified in advance what the agenda will be - if people could see what is up for discussion and voting on they may be more inclined to attend? I also think that in 2012 we could find a way to allow everyone to vote, not just those in attendance.

Nice work Phil - very responsive and helpful thanks.

Good to see the clubhouse deal is not being renewed, it's felt like an unnecessary expense for a long while now.

My earlier post on this thread about a nomination for President wasn't a wind up - honest I have since learned that the nominee withdrew themselves from the process. Maybe next time...

Clubhouse was kept historically Snoop as there was nowhere else to store the competition rollers.
