There are quite a few people who wear a club SS top in the summer. I appreciate that winter is more of a challenge as people wear different combinations of kit to keep warm and dry, Karen and I included.
Therefore, and agreeing with Matt W, we should support our club and at least wear a SS club shirt when the weather allows. Personally, I think this looks impressive and has drawn positive responses from other groups of cyclists, people sat in pub gardens etc etc when the Addiscombe peloton has gone past.
Also, we were out riding on Sunday and we stopped for a coffee. There were some Redhill riders in club shirts in the cafe who then covered them up with non Redhill clothing when they left.
