So, Fat Pat has [url=http://road.cc/content/news/84914-uci-presidency-mcquaid-comes-out-fighting-he-questions-cookson-over-makarov-links]responded[/url] to Brian Cookson's announcement. He's accusing Cookson of being a pawn of the sinister billionaire Ruper... sorry, Igor Makarov. McQuaid of course has never done anything wrong - as the UCI's independent investigation would've doubtless found had they not scrapped it.
