If you're riding there then there are a number of options. Either reverse Box Hill CR return but after going over Punchbowl Lane and taking a left, take the next right and you'll go up a bit of a drag then drop into North Holmwood where you go right then 2nd exit at the rbt and then right down Goodwyns to the HQ.
I'd prefer drop down Pebble Hill (there's a sportive coming up so watch out for cars overtaking recklessly), straight across the A25 rbt to Betchworth, right at the T, bear left on Kiln Lane, left at the T, then a right after the narrow bridge down Old School Lane, left on Parkpale, and take Tilehurst Lane that joins up with the end of Punchbowl.
Or if you can get to my house for 12:20 I'll give you a lift.

Well thanks ever so much to those who helped out. It seemed to go off without a hitch. The only comments I got were positive.
For those who didn't see the results, Wouter Sybrandy of Team IG Sigma Sport rode 20:20 narrowly beating Peter Tadros of In-Gear Quickvit who rode 20:23. Full results to follow.

Thanks Phil and team. A good event, nice HQ, and very nice cakes. Pity my fitness is poor so couldn't do a ride to match the event. Wouter was a minute in front of me and was out of sight by the time I started, never had anyone not in view on the long drag at the start before, he is a pro though 
. Steve Kane in 3rd place is a brilliant young rider with a number of good wins this season, and Pete's a legend. Not many blokes in their mid-40s with a full time job, family and kids keep the pros on their toes.
