I think my powertap is buggered

As a minimum I need new bearings.

Has anyone any experience of Paligap?

Cheers

They are, or were, importers for Kona. My mtb frame cracked under lifetime warranty after less than 4 years and they replaced it with the next model up as the tubeset on my broken one was now only used on their at the time top end bikes. Very quick to sort it out with Evans West Croydon, where I'd originally bought the bike, who then reassembled the bike.
Good service from both.

They seem to get mixed reviews on http://www.timetriallingforum.co.uk/

There seems to be quite a lot of waiting around but the feedback once it gets done is usually fairly positive.
