My second visit to the F11/10 in three days but a trip I probably shouldn't have made having been ill the day before and not fully recovered. The condtions were colder and windier with the wind blowing in the opposite direction making the long leg more difficult (only 40 mph down the hill). In the end I struggled round in 24:24 feeling well below par.
