Example of friendly club

Just a quick note to provide an example of the friendly nature of the club.

Had a problem on way back from club run, typically on the day I decide to go back by myself. A broken spoke leading to unrideable back wheel. While at side of road phoning for a lift home about 20 riders passed me. Every single addiscombe member I recognised called to ask if I was ok (only 1 other person did, from a different club, sorry don't know the club name). I didn't have kit on ( unless you count the water bottle) so it wasn't just about that.

Off to find out the monetary damage shortly.
