Good CR in great weather, even got a bit of colour on my arms and legs. Shame it's red. :)

Also want to pass on my dad's thanks for his best day on the bike this year...so far. Hoping to join us again on some more 1st Saturday rides. Don't worry Monty I've given him a membership form. :D

My wife Elena tasted her first solo saturday ride today(previous tandam outing). We rode with the just for fun group today.
We want to thank Angie very much for her kind help and assistance in helping my wife get to grips with the gears ,waiting for us to catch up and also helping Elena make the cafe in good time.
I think I am a bad teacher, we must get down to Nonsuch park on Saturday afternoons for the beginers sessions to get Elena up to speed.
Cheers again Angie

Sorry Sean I nicked the sprint from Monty. Managed to get to his back wheel in time for a breather before a final jump. Don't know if he went too early or just gifted it to me. I'm always happy to accept gifts though. :D

I'm going to have my first stab at a TT on Tuesday. Where is the start point? What time should I get there - 6:30 for 7:30 1st starter? Any help gratefully received. Thanks. :)
