4 up Time Trial

Are you thinking about starting racing? Ask about future events in here, find out what you can expect at them and who else is going so you can scrounge a lift off someone rather than riding the 30 miles to get there yourself!

Or as the terminally newsworthy paedophiliac would have it D'you wanna be in my gang , my gang, my gang, D'you wanna be in my gang, Oh Yeah!

I think you could describe Gavin's team as balanced but diverse!

I think "unhinged" is a fairly apt description. :)

Sylv,

It is the taking part that counts?

As long as you beat AJ...

Hi Sylv you are welcome - with or without skis - I am planning a rather unconventional approach - see Mr Hemmings advice above - that will involve you doing 30 minute pulls on the front and me sitting at the back. If you are still up for it great. I will PM you details of confidential team ... Sean Yates has yet to confirm availability. I'm intrigued as to the members of Gavin's unhinged team ??

In ajays little pot boiler will be a 2min time penalty (at least) coz he usually runs a little late
Also he has been secretly training by only using 2 gears- 39/12 and 53/12, there is nothing in the rumour that these are the only gears he can get owing to slippage and naff/cack handed bike maintainance.
He had helped Marek on his winter bike project ( see current clubrun thread) :P

If any teams feel in need of a practice run, Charlotteville CC are running a 4-up TT on a closed circuit on Wed 12th July (yes, I know it clashes with our Beastway promotion). Anyway, it's at Dunsfold airfield where they film Top Gear, and you can pretend to be The Stig. 4 laps making 11.6 miles, starting at 7pm, £12 per team. Pre-entry is advised. If you're interested let me know and I'll pass on the organisers details.

Send me details John as my team is nearing its public launch ceremony. Like a game of poker, I will reveal one card at a time.

Ride 1, the Big Ring Power House, from the country of Giro D'Italia winner Basso, on startling form, and providing concrete like wind blocking when riding at the front, I bring you David 'Big Ring' Lombari.

Now Gavin, over to you...

Don't be drawn on this Gavin. Anyway, It looks like a wheelsucker's dream team in the making - We know that the integrity of Gav's team, its unity of purpose and shared values will win through and go far beyond the frivolous claims and hyperbole meted out from Ajay's imaginative keyboard.

"We're only in it for the sprint" eh Ajay, just like at the Cotswolds!

Yep still up for it, please send the microfilm to my HQ address.
