So I live in Carrol Gardens which is a fairly mafia run and italian American neighbourhood.

Currently the noisiest area in Brooklyn?

Cars two abreast in convoy, people and flags pointing out at weird angles horns a tooting etc Crazy.

I guess 'NOW" they like soccer.
