I remember swimming with this guy when I used to do Triathlon. It was a horrible experience watching someone effortlessly take lengths out of you when you were going full bore, a true athlete if ever I have seen one.

On the bike as well he seems to ride with an effortless style that is a pleasure to watch.

Good luck to him, excellent result, he deserves it for all the hard work he has put in with the training.
