As the shadow won his first race at hillingdon the other week, i think it is about time i get my ass racing.

My situation is this, my cheque for addiscombe membership is in the post. And i have no racing licence or BC membership, and thus no insurance either.

What do i have to do to race this tuesday? And who else is planning on riding tuesday?

As i have never raced and dont actually know where hillingdon is, i was hoping that someone else will be there...

I think you will need to register with the series to get your numbers but as there are only a few Tuesday night races left you might be lucky enough not to have to pay this. You will need to buy a one day licience and entry fee which I think amounts to £17. I don't think you need to be registered with a club to race there. To get there if you have a look on streetmap.co.uk it should be next to springfield road Southall, just off the uxbridge rd. Should be a few of us riding there on Tuesday. Some ride from Victoria, me from Fulham road, one or two from Croydon etc.

Thanks kevin, just have a few more questions for you/anyone!

Where do i need to register?

Where do I buy a day licence, and how much is it?

What time does the race start? And which race would i ride, 3/4 cats or just 4th?

Can i park at the circuit? Sounds silly but i work in orpington so will have to drive to get there in time.

Adam you can register and get a day licence at the circuit on the day. I think a day licence is £10 and entry fee is £7 so the total would be the £17 Kevin says if you get away without paying the series registration fee.

There is ample parking there as well.

Tuesdays at Hillingdon there is only a 4ths and an E123 so you will ride the 4ths.

Not sure of the start times at presen it will either be 7.00pm or 7.15pm. If you're driving be aware that the traffic can be a real pain!
