Gavin, I was speaking to someone the other day who said it can take some weeks before the legs recover from the Marmotte, so you don't really need to start from the bottom.

I am bringing my eldest Daughter for her first Club Run (The first of many I Hope).

We are going out over the next few days to master the gears as they seem to different to her MTB!!! Nah!
