Changing bearings in Campag wheels

I know a lot of you have Campag factory wheels. I have the Sciroccos which have done me well for a year and a half but are getting a bit gritty in the bearings.

Question is, have any of you changed the cartridge bearing units yourself, if so where did you get the bearings from, and how easy was it - do they drop in or is it a press fit?
