I think it's 7.30.
I got there about 7 last week and sat around for ages.

Just think of the course as one long box hill.

You'll be fine Sylv!... I've just ridden from Highbury to Southhall and back so they'll be no crazy attacks from the gun - not from me at least...Looks like it will be just the three of us myself, you and Jack. Get well soon Matt!
