WANTED - 12 hour helper

A willing volunteer is wanted to help me in the ECCA 12 hour time trial on 20th August. Not having done one before I'll be winging it a bit but I gather the general plan is to ride as far as possible in 12 hours and the usual thing is to have someone around to help with feeding etc.

This will entail:

1. Getting up early to get to Cambridgeshire.
2. Driving around a bit.
3. Sitting around a lot.
4. Passing me bottles and food.
5. Chatting to other helpers.
6. Cheering.
