Hey good effort Gavin!...I still find you a bit of an enigma- you won't race before your main goal of the year "marmotte" to improve your power output/speed; you don't tend to do fastish rides but yet in late summer you still race

Thats a bummer, I think I was in the top 12 or 14 but looks like they missed me out of the results. Mind you I know what it is like trying to work out places on the Newchapel finish, it is a nightmare.

Marek you seemed to being riding much stronger this week than you have for the past couple. But as we well know the results don't always reflect the amount of work we put in, unlucky.

Back in the mix Marek, well done mate! How did Marlon get away was it a final dig in the last couple of K?

No, the sneaky bugger managed to come around us all on the final hill and outsprint us all easily. Mind you the first couple of laps he was panting like a dog and looked very much like he was going to get dropped. He did no work on the front for the first lap, which in a handicap is a bit of bad form, mind you I have felt that way in some races. Wished we had put in a few harder digs to get rid of him earlier on, he is going to be a marked man from now on.
