There's not much point spending 11.5 of the last 12 miles off the front if you're sitting in the middle of the pack at the finish

I enjoyed it though which probably explains why I'm more suited to TTs Found a new max heart rate as well into the bargain.

Nick Mann has been riding well recently he had another good result in this week's handicap finishing 4th if my memory is correct.
