Hi All,

Long time no comment.

I am officially on a cycling hiatus. Have been for about 4 months now, meaning I have grown a nice belly. Which I am nurturing but trying not to get too comfortable with.

I blame it on team pressure to be winning (as opposed to competing in the right spirit, in many disciplines in all areas etc) anyway...... Plus the fact I eventually reached breaking point with riding laps of Prospect Park and/or the gamble of the city streets.

So no riding in months. Though I was in London about a month ago and did a good 60 miles with Chris Colford in the Surrey lanes - ahh good old Leith Hill and Box - how I miss thee.

But the bug is slowly returning and next year I plan to withdraw from the team and try to base a seasonaround long distance events.

But does anyone know the new address for Londoncyclesport. I know the were changing site design etc, but now I am just getting their archived old site on http://www.londoncyclesport.com. Or am I jumping the gun and they haven't actually launched yet?

Hope you are all well and fine and dandy. I still love seeing old faces and names in results and write ups, and catching up on the forum scene.

Stay safe all, have fun and enjoy the Winter Series at Hillingdon.

Steve

Steve,

Just view your belly as a fuel tank for those long rides next year. If you fill it with enough fuel it will get you through RAAM, honest.

I was wondering the same about Londoncyclesport. I suspect they are having gremlins with getting the new site working
