Surprisingly the only Agreeable on parade on the Holmwood course this Sat. A bright, blustery afternoon, a typical TT afternoon really.
An uneventful ride, disappointed when Richard Tully, from the Anerley went past after about 9 miles. Two seconds slower than last weeks ride in the Presidents. My last three 10s have been almost the same times. Yesterdays time: 25.35.

Maybe I`m consistent or have I reached a plateau in my training

Starting a hard training block now in the run-up to the Redmon, I`ve deviced a cunning plan-when I go into the red I`m going to shout `. . . kin slow down Richard.` That should do the trick. What do you guys think?
