Except that on a purely superficial level, I find it staggering that someone of Armstrong's wealth could pay a friend/acquaintance a paltry $3,000 a month to do everything for him bar wipe his a**e (at least it doesn't say that was one of one of his duties).

Personally I was really quite moved by Armstrong's touching gesture of leaving business class for a few moments to take the time to talk to Anderson and his wife in economy, having nixed their request for an upgrade. Was probably just to remind them to muck out the stables.

That's a chilling read. The only thing you can blame Anderson for in hindsight is not signing a proper employment contract.
