We've got house pests visiting for the weekend, and Sunday is niece's birthday, so after the house pests go, we're off up to Hertfordshire to hand over some presents that won't be appreciated. (What's the point of one year olds getting presents?)

In other bad news, the Titsey bridleway has been sanitised to the point that it was pretty much no brakes on the way down and rideable in the middle ring all the way back up in the summer

Still, it's a good way to get out to the hillclimb.

Sorry I couldn't make it out yesterday.

My chest infection flared up again after my day at Eastway (morning spent inspecting/repairing the Beastway course, afternoon altering the course to cope with the sprogs race, then putting the road crossings in just in time to get back to the start then marshall the first corner before setting off at the back of the field) and a day in the rain didn't seem like a good idea.
