My current race bike is alloy with carbon rear, but I think it may be a bit heavy, could be just because it is so big. I have picked up a few bikes at the cafe on Saturday mornings and have thought blimey they are light. Paul H Principia is alloy but is super light, maybe my bike is just big and naff.

I think I need to speak to an expert. Think I will have a chat with my new sponsor and see what he reckons.

cheers

At last an advantage to being a short-arse. :D

The first time I picked Sylv's up I thought the saddle had come off in my hands, I think my bar tape weighs more!

The picture of it is getting heavier right now as I throw another dozen darts into it.

Also, my daughter has her fourth birthday coming up and we are intending to play pin the tail on the Bianchi. It is almost a donkey in my book.

Cheers
