Keo's are great pedals in my book.

I use the fixed cleats and it's like having you feet nailed to the pedals.

I first had the Keo Sprints, like Sean, and found that after a few weeks they developed a bit of play in the bearing that I could feel when i mashed the pedals going uphill. I returned them to Parkers and got the carbons which have been superb.

Hi Sean,

Yeah...maybe they just needed tighteing up after a certain while.
I didn't have the tool so instead I just upgraded to the Carbons which, I believe, have more sets of bearings

Two biks on LCS. I have the Look carbon since a few weeks and find them great. I'm afraid to scratch them though so can't take the tight right turn at Hillingdon at full pelt!

Actually I was a bit wary of getting the carbons since there were a couple of reports on Veloriders recently about people snapping Keo carbons .
Apparently some of the axles have been shearing off under load dumping the riders on the tarmac.

Don't worry Sean, I'm sure you could kick my butt right now, never mind catching me up.
Haven't been out on the bike for ages and am getting a bit worried
