paying subs by standing order

Haven't paid for 2007 yet but planning on doing so by SO, from 2006's form I have the following:

Account Name: Addiscombe Cycling Club

bank: National Westminister

branck: Addiscombe

A/C no: 87235617

sort code: 60-01-04

Are these still valid?

I also haven't paid yet (was planning to pay cash). If I set up a standing order now do I pay £19 or £20 because it is late?

In the gazette it says:

Senior £20 (£19 by Standing Order)
Junior (Under 18) £10
Social £10
2nd Claim £10
Senior Citizen (Over 60) £10
Full Time Student Half Fee


Of course I didn't see this until after I set up the So for £20 still the extra £1 won't be wasted I'm sure !
