For all you aspiring racer-types out there, I've got a copy of the much respected Joe Friel's "The Cyclist's training Bible".
I bought it a month or two ago, read it and understood next to nothing. Far too complex and in-depth for me
If you're a geek about your body and what it's doing when you're training or just want to get more professional about the whole training/racing thing, then you probably need to read this book. I think Toks recommended this book to me, and it's certainly in the top 2 or 3 training books for cyclists.
First person to reply gets the book, on the proviso that you make sure it gets passed on to another club member if anyone else wants to read it
If you want it, give me your address and I'll post it out today
