Needed! Front brake bolt!

The bolt that goes through the forks from the back to attach the brake to it - the one I have is too short for the new forks I have. It's 2cm and needs to be at least 5mm more. Does anyone have a spare? Thanks.

Ribble have this (which I think is the bolt/nut you refer to) in a 23mm length. Would that be long enough as the only 2 sizes they do is 19mm and 23mm.
If not the only other place I can think of, other than an LBS, is St John Street Cycles which have quite a good range of odd bits and pieces. A search for nut gives 186 results, and bolt gives 178! Happy hunting  .

sylvian, you should be able to pick up a bolt to fit it in any good DIY shop, I did when fitting a brake to my fixed.

What an idiot.

The bolt came with the forks.

I even saw it when I opened the bags.

Sorted.

Whilst on the subject of nuts and bolts, have you seen http://www.tastynuts.com ? Replace all those boring steel bits with nice shiny titanium, pimping yo ride and getting rid of a few vital grams.
