I had promised (at the last committee meeting) to do a night mountainbike ride finishing at the clubroom tonight.

But:
a) I forgot
b) the weather looks pretty poo :(
c) I've got a cold :( :x

so I haven't publicised it.

I might still come along for some tea and cake, but it depends on me finishing writing the lecture I'm struggling with and gettign home before stupid o'clock.

Caption competition I believe:

'As Hunting ban comes into effect, one huntsman believes that anonymity is key, although his colleague has just replaced his horse with a bike to enable a quick getaway in case of Police action'

Cheers

Shall pop along for a bit of cake and to collect my CTT handbook. Jon said he'd be there with them tonight so I can start to plot my embarassments on a local dual carriageway.

By the way Marco what was the race?
I'm guessing from Graham's bike and attire that it was a Gentleman's 2-up with you as a stealth pacer.

Strange how you seem to remember these run of the mill incidences in such detail. I wish I'd seen this.
I like the idea of having the President's 10 as a more fun event.
