Yep! thats the golden rule of of self-prejudice
The only people that can safely demean, condemn or use prejudial language against a minority group - is that minority group. I've played five a side football with Pakistani's who freely used the P word on each other. I once had an 18 stone boss who happily referred to anyone over 12 stones as a Fat Bastard. I don't need to mention N word and some black people and finally I ran a sunday football team in the late 90's and the three greek player regularly used racial epithets to describe one another. The thing to remember is, if you're not one of them - then you can't say it!
