The trouble with trade team kit is that it changes from year to year as sponsors come and go. So, once it's no longer "this years" kit it becomes a bit naff until about 20 years have gone by and it becomes retro cool.

japanese national champion - don't know his name - but very nice graphic treatment to adapt the Disco globe design to the Japanese flag

Nah, don't like it, too much like a billboard. And when are they going to get rid of that stupid yellow hoop on one leg.

[quote]The downside is of course the abuse or sneers you may get from others (not fellow Agreeables of course)

Don't worry Sean I'll sneer at you in it if you want  .

course they'll be sneers from agreeables...

i turn up one satrurday in december wearing the CSC team jacket, and its...

'oh you support CSC now they've got rid of that druggy then?!'

kits a kit at the end of the day, i think the best kit of the last few years was the US Postal of 2004, except i f*****g crashed in mine and tore it all up... oh well, i still have the tour special though, with the yellow bits instead of the red. Its quality kit, im a fan of nike... except there plain kit, which can be a bit dodgy, but the team kit is top notch... dont know why more teams dont use them.

I like the new discovery kit, but i probably wont be buying it, as i know it will not go down well, especially when i go to france in the summer! Plus, i do believe in basso, and i hope he wins the tour crown that he was robbed of last summer. Now i may get my fingers burned for backing him, but so be it. You gotta have faith in someone...

I'll be most likely to buy the CSC summer gear if any, as they are the best team in the world, and i think they are the b******s. 44 wins last year without a sprinter, uh huh, whos better!?

Jens Voight, Fabian Cancellara, the Schlecks'... Bring 'em on

T-mobile is tempting, but could i bring myself to wear pink!? even if Mr Cavendish and Mr Hammond can!? Probably not...

thanks sean, yep thats me, got a nice shiney new helmet for half price after that though... however i also buggered my shoulder in that crash, and its still not right!

apart from a few silly spills of late thats the only major crash ive had though... touch wood.

having said that i did nearly break my right fore and middle fingers the other day when i clipped the back of a car. oops, draughting a little too close!

I like cunego too, well, i did in 2004 when he ripped up the giro... but he cant time trial to save his life, so i think a tour title is out of reach for him... but you never know!
