Saw this and the penny pinching side of me liked it. More seriously the chap has a fair point, why should you pay tax on a carbon reducing mode of transport. They are trying to get people in more environmentally friendly cars with tax inducements, but they still aren't as green as your good old bike and little incentive is given.
