All the best Jon. Not the ideal start to a year, recover from a broken arm and then flu :( .
A good winter rest probably means you'll be flying later in the year.

Yes, I have been off the bike all week, had to take a half day off work yesterday as I felt so rough. Am getting better though I think, btw, I think it is a cold, the women in my office call it manflu as I don't stop complaining.

Cheers

Sort of relevant:
Sainsbury's do 1000mg Effervescent Vitamin C soluble Vitamin C : 89p for a tube, £0.04/tablet

The Haliborange ones are over £3: (18p each)!

Extra hot Vindaloo, 4 pints of Bitter and a Hilly 50 will flush a cold out of your system.

The effervescent orange flavoured drink is very refreshing.

You could add a double vodka to numb any fluey discomfort.

I did a Thai and a couple of beers at lunch, I will cycle over to the Hilly 50 tomorrow, if you want to meet up I could meet you at the feathers in Merstham at about 9.30am if you want.

Cheers

I can do the Feathers @ 9:30. I shall go to CSS @ 9.00 to see if anybody from the Training Group wants to come along.
