Life may not have begun yet but that hasn't stopped the hair starting to go grey and receed .
Love your blog by the way, excellent read for those of us who don't train properly . I just can't do intervals, my turbo hasn't left the garage since last winter. I think I'm a bit old school, I just ride my bike and push it along from time to time, or ride with faster riders until I die.

Wow Andrew where have you been? You haven't posted for a month. Ha Ha your name sake sounds like he's really into building things up slowly. It'll be interesting to see how he gets his fitness going!
