On 6th April - tickets on sale already

Also , weather permitting Saturday training sessions should be back on - note though due to time of year track requires a few rain free days before hand to be dry on Saturday.

indeed I'll be bringing the whole family and some relations from Dublin (something new for them to see). Also a small bike jumble sale usually takes place, your chance to get cheap/old bits for your bike. Mingle with the stars, for most of last years one me and my family were watching the racing next to Sean Yates and his gang. It was funny watching his total lack of warm up on the day. Whilst the others were spinning on rollers/turbos he was watching/eating/drinking etc then would hop over the barrier with bike and join the race.

I might ride the Crawley Wheelers hilly 41 mile TT, then go to Herne Hill afterwards.

I'm definitely planning on going. Will it be possible to turn up and get a ticket (I was assuming it would be) or will I need to book in advance?

You can even give a hand as a volunteer, I've done it past years. You usually get a chance to see a lot of the racing.

I got the email from Judith Bonner today, I'll post details tomorrow.

Hi we need volunteers to staff the gates at the Good Friday Meet 6th April.

If you want to volunteer please note there will be a stewards meeting on Saturday 31st March at the track time TBC.
Need any more info at this stage give me a ring.

Track opens 17th March for regular Saturday sessions and racing

PS
And please note now I know what to do a so much better than last time - I'll be more chilled...those that helped last year did it with great aplomb and I learned what to improve! So hopefully the guys organising car parking and us will communicate better!
