I noticed a lot of guys using them oils and cremes etc on sunday pre and post race...

just wondered if anyone has any experience of using these, are they worth it?

I prefer a warm-up ride of minimum 30 minutes

Calve massage with oil post race is good to evacuate lactic acid though
