ACC Open 25, You Guessed it, Help Required!

Postby Snoop Doug » Fri Mar 16, 2007 10:11 pm

Y'all, Tamar is promoting this event in 2007, it is on the 29th April on the G25/53. I rode this last year, was my first 25 mile TT. This year I'll be helping out and cheering on any ACC riders. If you are not planning to ride, why not show your support/give something back and help out marshalling? If you can oblige, please either pm me or put your details up here and I'll pass the info onto Tamar - she's having trouble accessing the forum so I offered to lend a hand.

Cheers peeps - Lord Snoopington the third

Booooiiiiinnngggg.

Yawwwwwnnnn. Yeah I know, all this helping out stuff is really tedious but at the mo, the ACC Open 25 has received two offers of help. One is from Tamar, the organiser, and t'other is from me.

If li'l ole me, the snail at the back who ends up helping at more races than he attends club runs can do it (and before you get too excited I must confess I only made it out on three CRs last year), anyone can. Come on guys and gals, gizza hand, not sure I can go fast enough to marshal all the corners! Be nice to see some new faces willing to support this, and I don't just mean new to the club, if you've never marshalled a TT before, then break yer duck!

Cheers - Snoop

Snoop

I'll make announcements at the cafe on the CR on the Sats leading up to the event to drum up support

I notice that you have been refused a visa to enter the UK after a disturbance at Heathrow last year.....

Alex - that'd be great thanks. As you so rightly spotted I have been refused entry to da house by the mutha of all parl ee aments. I'm ponderin my next move but I am confident I'll be back afore the race, bitchin!

Jon and Andrew thanks for your support.

Good point about cars and the like. I will be driving down and if it helps I'd be willing to do a divert into Croydon if that means da posse gets a bit bigger. I have room for three.

Keep 'em coming.

If anyone has a particular desire to get out of bed extremely early that morning you can help me put the signs out on the course.

Jon,

I will hopefully be riding on that day so I will gladly get up early to help mark the course. Let me know where and when nearer the time.
