then a long hot summer at crystal palace, we can leave george and paul to fight out the E/1/2 and me an you can rip up the 3/4s!!! BRING IT ON!

sylv working hard, and i am a blur in the middle of the shot, some way down the peloton...

and the big boys up front (mozzie marek, paul and george)

i really enjoyed sunday, was a great team race for us i think, but the 'team' is surely going to get spilt up sooner or later when paul and george turn pro

QUOTE: And his words were echoed by Steve Home (Twickenham CC) the second man home. “ I was riding near the front and there were about four Addiscombe (Addiscombe CC) riders up there, with one rider at the front and his team mates working to control it. I tried to get up there with them – which was hard

sounds about right!

"Why is Marek only ever at the front when the photographer is there, b*stard"

That is probably more like it.

Dont get much time to post anything these days, but to sum up my experience of the race felt terrible before the race, felt the same during the race, but happy I finished, and the last few laps were almost fun, I've worked out why I felt so rubbish now that I've come down with a cold. But plan to race again as soon as it clears. It makes racing much more enjoyable with lots of addiscombe riders around. Now if baby Isla would only stop crying I could get some sleep and recover!
